According to the relevant provisions of the "Environmental Impact Assessment Law of the People's Republic of China" and the "Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment" (Ministry Order No. 4), the environmental impact report of this project must be disclosed in its full text and public participation instructions before submission for approval. .
