In order to effectively prevent, control and promptly eliminate the occurrence of environmental accidents, improve the ability to deal with environmental pollution accident rescue and emergency response, establish and improve environmental early warning and emergency response mechanisms, and ensure the safe and stable operation of the company's production, according to the relevant documents of the Ministry of Safety and Environmental Protection In accordance with the spiritual requirements and based on the actual situation of the company, the "Chemical Leak Emergency Drill" was organized and implemented. The activities are summarized as follows:

1. Exercise time: April 17, 2023, 12:00-14:00;

2. Drill content: Emergency response to polymethylmethacrylate leakage;

3. Drill location: 3# workshop transfer warehouse entrance

4. Meeting place: 3# workshop transfer warehouse

5. Participants: production department employee representatives, team leaders and above, general department managers, warehouse administrators, and quality control department managers.

6. Drill content: Employees entered the transfer area after receiving polymethyl methacrylate from the warehouse. Due to damage to the feet of the ton barrel, the dumping liquid leaked from the ton barrel and flowed in all directions at the gate of the transfer area. The employee involved shouted loudly to inform his colleagues in the same position, and at the same time took sand and soil from the emergency sandbox to contain it. Due to the failure to contain it in time, part of the polymethyl methacrylate overflowed from the workshop to the rainwater pipe, so he immediately notified the department manager and the company Relevant personnel participated in the rescue, rescue, and repair drills.

1. Preparation for drills

2. Exercise content

Evaluate the effectiveness of this drill, emphasizing that if a chemical leak occurs, it must first be reported immediately, and the department manager shall act as the commander-in-chief to coordinate and deal with it, and secondly, the stop valve of the rainwater discharge outlet must be closed immediately to prevent the leakage of pollutants from spreading to the contaminated area.
