Dust and odor control
Each production line and each sanding workshop are equipped with advanced dust and odor collection equipment. During the casting and sanding process, the dust scattered in the air and the odors generated during the production process are sucked into the pipe, and flow into the treatment tower and dust collection bag. The intelligent sprinkler sweeper will also be on standby to clean the dust on the ground and ensure the hygienic and clean working environment of employees.
After sucked into the treatment tower, the odor and dust are sintered, then discharged to the outside after verified as environmentally harmless by professional testing institutions.
Waste disposal
Kelesi adheres to the concept of "zero waste". All the cut scraps and scrap boards will be recycled with 30% for sample production and 70% for particles production. Other waste is also sorted and stored for use in building landfills or recycled by related industries.
Water circulation system
Kelesi has invested heavily in building a sewage treatment system that can treat the wastewater generated by the water sanding workshop, and then make it return to the workshop for recycling.
In addition, the dust waste generated during the process will also be recycled by other related companies for use as water treatment agents.
Raw material quality
All Kelesi’s raw materials are strictly selected and tested before storage to ensure stable quality. And we have complete raw material traceability system.
NSF certification
Kelesi’s product has NSF certification up to NSF/ANSI 51, which is a health related certification for food materials that can be directly contacted with.
"Ultra-long standby time"
Kelesi’s products have a long service life. With a 10-year warranty and being repairable, they can reduce the waste of resources caused by frequent replacement.
Homemade plywood pallet
Kelesi makes its own plywood pallets, which is environment friendly and advises customers to recycle it as well.

People are an important part of sustainable development, and a healthy working environment and safety reminders in place enable workers to comply with production and being assured during working, which is also a driving force to move enterprises forward.
Occupational protection
Strict worker protection standards are implemented in Kelesi. When entering the workshop, workers are requested to wear masks and gloves, and safety helmets in some areas.
